The window on the left is the folders, cick on the one that interests you and it’s contents will appear in the (top) window on the right. The information generated by the ftp site will scroll in the window on the (bottom) right. Be sure to keep an eye on what’s goin on here. If you don’t have permissions to access folders or files etc, this is where it will tell you.

Click on the icon at the end of this line and select the folder on your hard drive where you want the file to be downloaded to.

Now you will see this screen, showing you how the download is progressing. Click on the “Graph/Log” (as in this image) and you will see the “overall” progress of the download in the top window. Here you can see what speed you are getting (overall) as well as the percentage complete and an estimated time for the download to complete. The “Jet 1″, “Jet 2″ etc are the different sessions to the ftp server. Each one of these sessions are getting a piece of the file. Clicking on each one will display the ftp response commands in the window to the right so you can see if there are any errors (ftp site full, password not accepted etc etc)
