Content and Usage
All services provided by BlazingFiles.Com may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State, City or international laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, child pornography, and material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BlazingFiles.Com from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Pornography and sex-related merchandising is allowed on all of our servers if the content is legal under United States laws. BlazingFiles.Com also has the right to report any content that can be considered as child or underage pornography. Furthermore, BlazingFiles.Com and it’s staff will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. You acknowledge that BlazingFiles.Com does not pre-screen content, but agree that BlazingFiles.Com and it’s staff shall have the right to access any file, and/or service and remove and/or restrict access to any content on the service in its sole discretion and without notice, permission, or compensation.
Without limiting the foregoing, BlazingFiles.Com and it’s staff shall have the right to access any file or service and remove or restrict access to any content that violates this Agreement or that BlazingFiles.Com believes is otherwise objectionable and/or against any United States Federal, State, City or international laws. You acknowledge and agree that BlazingFiles.Com and it’s staff, administrators, and bandwidth providers may preserve and/or disclose any content if it reasonably believes disclosure is required by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce this agreement, respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties, and protect the rights, property, or personal safety of BlazingFiles.Com administrators, its users, and the general public.

Speed and Bandwidth
While BlazingFiles.Com will do it’s best to provide it’s customers with the best connections and bandwidth possible,we cannot guarantee transfer speeds, refresh rates, bandwidth, or uptimes. Furthermore, none of these factors are a reason that a customer may request a refund from us.
Quotas
By purchasing an account with BlazingFiles.Com, you agree to the specified quotas such as but not limited to storage, bandwidth, active torrents. These quotas are an integral part of any account that you buy with BlazingFiles.Com. These quotas are Hard limits and will not be raised no matter how much or for how long for any customer unless there is an agreement between BlazingFiles.Com and the customer which creates a different plan and a different price. Any attempt to circumvent, increase, or disable these quotas will result in serious action such as but not limited to removal of the offending file/service that violates the quota, suspending of service for the rest of the billing cycle where a quota is cycle based, requesting the customer to pay an overage fee for going over said quota if he or she wishes to resume service, or account termination in extreme cases without prior notice or refund
Upgrade
A customer may upgrade his or her package at any time in one of the following ways.

Notify BlazingFiles.Com with a request to upgrade service within 7 days of the next payment. Cancel the next payment and reregister with the upgraded payment

Notify BlazingFiles.Com with a request to upgrade service and add an additional subscription with the difference in price between the current service and the upgrade.
Note, that it may take some time for the upgrade depending on the complexity. Also, in the second option the two payment will not be synchronized unless the customer upgrades on the same day as payment is due. Also, in the second option, if the upgrade payment is canceled but the original remains, the service will be downgraded to previous service but not canceled. In the event that said downgrade is impossible due to technical reasons, the service will be suspended until an agreement can be reached.
Account Sharing
Your account is for the sole use of the owner; account sharing will lead to immediate account termination without prior warning unless explicit permission was granted by BlazingFiles admin’s. A customer can only download the contents from a single IP, downloading from multiple IP without consent from BlazingFiles are restricted.
webUI Settings & Diskspace Quato
Please do not change any settings in webui interface and don’t exceed your diskspace quota. Doing so will lead to suspension or termination of your account without refunds.
Payment Policies and Billing Procedures
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment.Payment is due each anniversary month or period following the date the account was established. A month is considered thirty (30) days, and a year is considered three hundred sixty-five (365) days. If seven business days have passed and payment has not been posted, the account will be suspended until further notice.No refunds will be offered for unused or partially used services. Service cancellations must be submitted to sales at least seven (7) business days before your next monthly billing cycle.
