Today there was a problem with the DNS causing ftp not to redirect to the server. Please use ftp://208.53.170.113. Username and password remains the same. There is no changes for webui. We are working with the DNs provider to fix this and it will take at most 12hours to be routed accordingly.

We are rolling out magnet links for all webui on request basis. Please email our support to have it enabled.

Update 1: It seems there is major problem with the server and network equipment. I was advised it could take 24hours to be restored as the server is being moved to other network. I will be compensating all customer with extra 1 days. The problem is inevitable.

Update 2: Server back online on a temporary network. This network is not optimized for ASIA routing. Just a temporary solution.

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that our consortium members have detected a fault on the Asia-America Gateway (AAG) submarine cable network linking Malaysia to the United States and North Asia. Immediate restoration works are underway on Monday, 1 August 2011 and are expected to be completed on Sunday, 7 August 2011.

Downloads from BlazingFiles server will be affected as can be seen right now. We hope this will be fixed soon.

According to TM Net, there will be Maintenance work at SEA-ME-WE 4 (SMW4) submarine cable network linking Malaysia to Europe
