TMNET Cable Repair 1-7Aug 2011

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to announce that our consortium members have detected a fault on the Asia-America Gateway (AAG) submarine cable network linking Malaysia to the United States and North Asia. Immediate restoration works are underway on Monday, 1 August 2011 and are expected to be completed on Sunday, 7 August 2011.

Downloads from BlazingFiles server will be affected as can be seen right now. We hope this will be fixed soon.

Nationwide

 1) Slow browsing and high latency while accessing international websites hosted in the United States, Europe and North Asia.

2) Customers using Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other critical business applications linked to US, Europe & North Asia may experience some level of service degradation.

Hopefully we wont be affected so badly, anyhow lets keep our finger crossed.

HTTP Password Policy Enforced

HTTP Password security has been enforced due some of customers using xunlei and allowing non-customer of blazingfiles to download from your account.

10 attempt of wrong password or any kind error generated by your client will cause your ip to be banned. Please reset your IP to connect back.

Please send an email if you wish to use HTTP download and we will send back the password to login.

Please do not request password changes from the system.

Server Down 06 November 2010

Dear BlazingFiles Customer,

This is a quick note to inform you that our Server cannot be accessed currently. Our data centers engineers are working to bring the server back online as soon as possible.

Previously replaced HDD are faulty and thus caused this.

There is no ETA currently however we expect the server to come online shortly.

We will send an additional status updates if necessary.

Downtime :
The monitor BlazingFiles Server Core (http://blazingfiles.com) is currently down.
